Beckham does ARENA

David Beckham looks all suave on the cover of the Arena Magazine issue honoring Britain's most powerful men under 40. Becks nabbed the top spot and this weekend he'll be using his power for good playing in a charity soccer game with the Galaxy to benefit people affected by the recent Southern California wildfires. In the magazine he opened up about his friendships with other Hollywood couples like the Cruises and the Lopez-Anthonys. Oh, and he talks about how much he loves his life with Victoria. Get ready to swoon. Here are highlights:

On life with Victoria: "We do romantic things every day - write notes, make breakfast for each other. Something will happen every day that is romantic. Some people will be going 'yuck' at all this...We were lucky to have wanted the same things in life - to have kids young and be adventurous."
On Tom and Katie (and Scientology): "We respect their religion. We respect everything they do and believe in. But they have never turned around to us and said, 'You have to be a part of this', because that's not what they're about. It's never been about that. There's been nothing shoved down our throats because friends don't do things like that. They are amazing people who are just so positive about life and they have been great to us."
On Mark and Jennifer: "We talk about all sorts. What's happening that week, that day. What Jennifer's up to, what Victoria's up to. I speak to him at least three or four times a week."

Gizzie !!!

BFFs Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight had a movie date last night in LA and even signed a few autographs afterwards. We may not be the biggest fans of George and Izzie dating, but we do like that these two are so close off-screen. As for where the "Gizzie" story line is headed, even the actors don't know if they'll make it together. However, T.R. has high hopes.

He said, "I'm interested to see what is going to happen — I don't even know what is going on with it. It would be nice to see him get someone whom he doesn't divorce or cheat." We have to agree that it would be nice to see anyone on that show be a little less miserable, but from the way things usually go at Seattle Grace, we doubt they can stay drama-free or faithful for very long.

Heroes Rundown Chapter 6: "The Line"

After the exciting Heroes episode last week with Parkman's dad and the introduction of Elle, this week's episode seems tame. I did, however, enjoy the little prank Claire and West cook up, and it looks like Sylar doesn't really need his powers in order to manipulate people.
The big bad side of HRG is back, which was kind of delightful for a while, but his harsh actions at the end surprised me.
**spoilers**

It's fun to see Claire actually cheerleading. And I thought she was in it for the cute outfits. But no — she does a backflip!
Which is almost as cool as Monica's gymnastics routine. I love watching gymnastics.

This show has often reeked of X-Men parallels but the whole virus/cure/"for-the-greater-good" stuff is really too close for comfort, in my opinion.
Bob calls this Adam Monroe "Someone who is a real danger to us, to everyone."
The Hiro-Kensei storyline just got about 100 times better. I was so confused as to why Kensei suddenly cared so much for Yaeko and didn't want to drink anymore and was an all-around great guy. His betrayal at the end makes much more sense.
However, Yaeko jumps awfully quickly into Hiro's arms. "Do you love me, Hiro?" I guess things move quickly in 1671 Japan.
And I would be fine with never seeing another moment of Ando reading the stupid scrolls.
West is such a twirp. "Claire, I can fly. That makes the whole parental guidance thing a non-issue." I feel sorry for his parents.
It's an interesting twist that Peter is seemingly once again the one who needs to save people, but he doesn't know how, or who he is.
When HRG shot Ivan I actually jumped. In the words of Cher Horowitz, "That was way harsh."
Monica says to Bob, "You’re like my own personal Oprah." Ha!
Best part of the episode: Sylar sneering about Maya being his "shiny new toy." Maya is so trusting it's ridiculous. Does she seriously not get a creepy vibe from Sylar at all? Not even a little?
What are your thoughts on this week's episode of Heroes?

Gossip Girls at Tiffany

The PYTs from Gossip Girl are really taking advantage of their newfound fame and open invitation to fancy parties. Blake and Leighton (S and B, respectively) were at Saturday night's launch of Tiffany's 2008 Blue Book Collection at the Museum of Natural History in NYC. Something about Leighton looks different (older), but obviously these girls look adorable in any dress and especially great up against that Tiffany blue. Also at the soirée was Jennifer Hudson who dressed metallic like the jewelry they were there to celebrate. Speaking of that, you think those big red (black) carpet smiles are because the ladies know they were about to score a goody bag from the new line?

Angel Ball

Last night in NYC celebrities put on their finest and gathered at the Marriott Marquis for the G&P Foundation for Cancer Research's 2007 Angel Ball. Lovely ladies like Petra, Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Bar Rafaeli looked absolutely gorgeous while Kelly Ripa was her bubbly little self on the arm of cute Mark. Elsewhere filling up the precious quotient was John Legend and his signature white suit coat and Diddy, never without a lady on his arm. Naturally, one of the kids from Gossip Girl was in the house (I have a feeling that's going to be a recurring party theme from now on) — Carrie Underwood's little stud Chace Crawford and his pretty eyes. Unfortunately, none of his female counterparts (on screen or off) were there to help him not be so lonely on the red carpet.

Jonathan's Details

Jonathan Rhys Meyers takes the cover of Details magazine’s Holiday issue, which hits newsstands in NY/LA tomorrow, Tuesday 10/30.
On Brad Pitt: “Let’s not kid ourselves—this business is about being good-looking. Look, Brad Pitt is an incredible actor, but do you think he’d be a famous movie star if he didn’t look like that? Come on!”
On Leonardo Dicaprio: “[Leonardo DiCaprio] was successful very young, was a party boy, took two years off, and then became this major Hollywood player. Right now I can get a $5 million film green-lit, not a $100 million film.”
On being a narcissist: “Part of being a narcissist is being terribly insecure. If I wasn’t so insecure about myself, I wouldn’t work as hard as I do. I am constantly seeking approval.”
On staying out of the limelight: “You know why I stay out of the limelight? I always think there will be that time that people will find out that I’m crap at what I do. I think they will figure out I’m crap. Doesn’t everybody have that feeling?”
On what Jonathan Rhys Meyers bellows during the interview: “P***! I want p****! P****! P****!”

The Hollywood Reporter sat down with MGM head Harry Sloan, who called franchises “the base of any studio” and that is why he “signed Daniel Craig to do four more James Bond films.”

The next Bond film, Bond 22 (the sequel to the 2006 film Casino Royale), will be directed by Marc Forster (Monster’s Ball).
Filming is set to begin this January in the UK, Italy, Austria, Panama and South Africa.
Bond 22 is set for a nationwide release date of Nov. 7, 2008.
Now the big question is, who’s the next Bond Girl???

Arousing Timberlake!

Justin Timberlake thrusts (check out the ...well...now!) his way onto stage as he kicks off the Australian leg of his world “FutureSexLoveShow” tour at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Saturday.
During the concert, Timberlake made a $100,000 donation to the Irwin family’s Australia Zoo.
“And when I came here last time, it really hit me,” he said. “I said to myself `What can I do?’ So what I did was 50 cents from every ticket sold on the Australian tour goes to Wildlife Warriors.”
The crowed went wild and then invited them to join him in a tequila toast to toast the “crazy sun-kissed beautiful Australian women”.
At one point during the concert, he complained of the heat down under and suggested he would be more comfortable naked.
“But you have to pay more for that,” he joked.

Grey's Anatomy Rundown: Episode 5, "Haunt You Everyday"

I normally hate holiday episodes of shows, and the promos for this week's Halloween-themed Grey's Anatomy had me fearing the worst. But this episode wasn't nearly as cheesy or faux-spooky as I was expecting. In fact, it was pretty great, and not just because one of my pleas was answered. To my thoughts on the episode, just
They hired Dr. Hahn!

She's the new head of heart surgery at Seattle Grace, which makes perfect sense — and which should also set up some crackling dialogue between her and Cristina, given that within 10 seconds of seeing each other, Hahn managed to accuse Cristina of sleeping her way to the top. Hooray!
Boo for George and Izzie — and not for the usual reasons. What bugged me this time was how little we saw of the aftermath to George's confession. Yes, Callie told the whole resident crew that Izzie slept with George; yes, we got the (awesome!) scene where Izzie yelled at Cristina for having one standard for her and Meredith and another for the rest of the world. But after all that turmoil, I'm surprised they just leaped headlong into a relationship.
Speaking of turmoil and relationships: Ava's back. Now, look, doctors at Seattle Grace have done plenty of stupid things before — but Alex making out with Ava in front of his intern? That was a little bold. Once again, Alex didn't make it back to Ava in time, but she did leave her shirt; she might well be back. (Also, what did she leave the hospital wearing?)
Two characters almost brought me to tears tonight: Bailey and Meredith. Bailey worked so late helping everyone else that she missed her own son's first Halloween; Meredith realized she needed to let go of the damage her own mother caused by being unavailable. Bailey has so much more heart than we ever saw from Ellis, but will she lose that compassion if she keeps choosing work over family? Meanwhile, it was a big moment for Meredith to accept that her mom was happiest at the hospital; washing her ashes down the scrub sink was a way of leaving her to rest where she truly belonged.

Poor Norman; I'd been getting used to him, but I suppose the Old Intern stuff couldn't have worked for a whole season. He did offer one of the most accurate assessments I've ever heard of Grey's: "You surgeons, you're all just a bunch of little children running around with your scalpels and severed feet and inappropriate sex in inappropriate places."
The scene with Cristina and Callie giggling over the ridiculousness of their lives was one of my favorites.
The guy who tried to cut off his own foot freaked me out, but it was a pretty stark representation of what happens when your life no longer feels like your own — especially juxtaposed with the story of the father who could get his life back if he accepted his own daughter's heart.
I loved Derek and Mark pranking each other. "Daddy?" Hee. Also, how cute was the boy with the ears? I won't even get into how unrealistic that story was, because it was just too adorable.
"Lookin'. It sounds way dirtier without the 'g.'"
Why does Derek have to start dating? Last I checked, waiting does not equal dating.
Anyone else cheering over Dr. Hahn? Loving Callie moving into Cristina's apartment? Wondering how long Gizzie can last? Tell me below.

Ugly Betty Rundown: Episode 5, "A League of Their Own"

How much did I love this week's episode of Ugly Betty? So, so much! What can I say, give Mark a completely endearing romantic interest and I'm sold. The only person whose story is bugging me is Betty herself, but thankfully the rest of it totally makes up for her and Henry being blah. Also, it is just me or is Rebecca Romijn totally carrying this season? Love it.

How is Daniel completely unable to realize what is going on with Mode? Is he more inept than ever? Shouldn't Betty be seeing right though Willie's plot for Meade Publication domination? Or is she keeping quiet because of their rooftop deal? How many episodes before all the truth is uncovered....November sweeps is right around the corner.

Hilda and her cemetery friends were sad/cute. While it's not the most uplifting crown to hang out with (you know, 5 PM bedtime and dentures), at least she can talk about Santos. Hot, hot Santos.

Amanda and Mark were in top form last night. "Hes a 9, I'm a 8" "He's a 10, you're a 6." "You're a bitch, I'm a 7." Also Amanda messing with Betty's online dating was pretty great. Here's to Cliff staying around for a while.

Ugh, so happy that Hilda was finally snapped into realizing what is going on with Justin. I miss fashion-y Justin, so hopefully he can find a way to honor the memory of his dad and memorize all the Spring lines.
Betty's list of things that she can't life without for her dating profile: "Doughnuts, my family..."

John Cho is also a contender for the best new addition to the cast. His one-liners never fail at making me laugh.
Alexis line of the night: "This Golden Boy's gotta go wash ink off his boobs."

Speaking of Alexis, yay for remembering. She and Willie are totally going to have it out sometime soon. And yay for us for getting ringside seats.
So, I give up. I'm never going to like Betty and Henry together. The ending literally had me yelling at my TV. When Betty was all, "Everyone's going to say its a big mistake." Yes, yes it is. Sure he understands her and thinks her quirkiness is adorable, but he just bugs me. Am I alone on that?

What did you think of the episode? Loving Mark and Cliff as much as I am (if that's possible)? Are you swooning over Betty and Henry and I'm just crazy? Is Mode going to keep going under? Man, I love this show.

Roberto Cavalli had a nice entourage of ladies to help him launch his new H&M collection in Rome last night. Halle showed off her bump a little more than she did the other night in London, but she decided to keep some of her other assets covered up this time around. Sharon Stone managed to somehow look pregnant as well, while Leo's ex girlfriend Bar looked like the gorgeous model that she is. We think the collection looks pretty awesome.

The D.A. will soon decide whether felony hit and run charges will be filed against the actor.

Gossip Girl Rundown: Episode 6, "The Handmaiden's Tale"

This episode of the ever-complicated and pretty awesome Gossip Girl made me very happy that I don't do a traditional recap. Could things have gotten more convoluted at those parties? I would never be able to explain all that, but gotta love it. I'm back to being team everyone, but perhaps most of all Vanessa, who is fabulous. Here's what went down:

**spoilers**

So, which party looked more fun? The "kids" masquerade ball or the parents' hookah-having Moroccan themed event? Both were all sorts of decadent...and full of scandal. Delicious scandal.

Dan is a bad liar. Hopefully he learned his lesson considering he got caught in every fib he told. Maybe he's just naive. Pretty much he and Serena just like to make out, right? No judgment. Heck, they're high school students; it makes sense. Way more than can be said about Blair and Nate.

Speaking of the Archibalds, um, way to step up the substance abuse by bringing in the cocaine! And they weren't even shy about Chuck wanting some, and Serena talking about parents doing it in the roaring '90s. Usually the TV isn't so nonchalant about the more serious drugs.

So over/under on Mr. Archibald being at the ol' Ostroff Center? Two episodes. Over/under on Serena/Dan making out being interrupted by their parents making out? Four episodes. Anyone else got any wagers?
Serena is well-intentioned, but still selfish. I mean, she took Blair's boyfriend's virginity, the least she could do is be a good sport about the Handmaiden thing. Can't stay mad at her though, she didn't really do anything wrong this time. Heck, even Blair was only really bitchy to Jenny about coming to the party and that's just standard high school pettiness.

Finally the blog gets some screen time. I know I was down on gossip girl herself at the beginning, but she has grown on me (as long as uncovering her is never the plot). It's a pretty easy way to progress the story and disseminate information — no complaints here.

ANTM holla! It's cycle 7 winner CariDee English on Chuck's dad's arm...for a second.

Is there anything Jenny won't do? Where did she get all those guts? I like her okay for now, but she totally seems like she has the potential to be evil, even moreso than S or B.

Okay, fine, I still enjoy the parent plotline. Even though Rufus Humphrey is cheese central.

Kinda hilarious that Dan qualifies his love for Vanessa as a "16-year-old" thing. So much older and wiser now that they are 17.

Nate is a little pathetic with his proclamation of love for Serena (or, as the case may be, Jenny, who he thinks is Serena). I wonder how badly that will blow up in his face next episode. Or, will Blair do the typical TV thing and blame the messenger?

What did you think, good episode or too much going on? Anyone enter or leave your good graces? Loving Vanessa as much as I am? And how amazingly awesome do the previews for next week look? Can't wait.

This year's honorees include Sienna Miller, who didn't make it to the event, Happy Feet, episodes of My Name is Earl and Numb3rs along with...wait for the surprise...Al Gore! Never saw that last one coming. Cuties from Ugly Betty, Michael Urie and Ana Ortiz, joined other TV stars like Zachary Quinto, Jamie Lynn Sigler and Emily Deschanel on the red green carpet. Oh yes, lest we forget the yummy central Gerard Butler. Is it getting hot in here or is that Global Warming? Yowza. The show will air on E! November 7, 2007 at 8pm.

Attendees included the Simpson sisters, an Olsen, High School Musical stars and Dita. Which of these things is not like the other? While Dita may standout in this crowd, she's also the one we associate most with sexy lingerie. Dita was just one of the many celebrity designers who created corsets to be auctioned off. Other guest designers included Christina Aguilera, Eva Longoria, Jessica Biel and Scarlett Johansson. Kristen Bell, who made her debut appearance on Heroes this week, was also there to support the good cause. Jessica Simpson was clearly having a blast with her Major Movie Star co-star Cheri Oteri. Movies Rock

Speaking of well-known music from movies, Conde Nast Media Group the Producers Guild and the Entertainment Industry Foundation will team up for Movies Rock, a salute to music in movies, which will air December 7 on CBS. Similar to their Fashion Rocks event, "Movies Rock will be supplemented by a magazine component, also called Movies Rock, which will be packaged with 14 December Conde Nast titles. Publication will highlight stars, directors and musicians, and Bill Murray is the cover."The following performances will take place:
Beyonce will sing "Over the Rainbow"
Carrie Underwood will perform "The Sound of Music"
Fergie and Jennifer Hudson will pay tribute to Bond films with "Live and Let Die" and "Goldfinger"
Mary J. Blige and John Legend will sing "As Time Goes By"
Elton John "will honor music from animated movies"
John Williams will perform a medley from his original scores, which include Jurassic Park and Raiders of the Lost Ark
This sounds pretty cool, and I look forward to seeing this in December. However, there are other songs and scores I'd love to see performed as well, such as the theme music from The Godfather and Gone With the Wind, and perhaps "In Your Eyes" from Say Anything.

Chace hasn't been on the Hollywood radar for very long, but it looks like he's making moves to stay in the spotlight. He and Carrie make for a young, pretty couple and apparently it was Chace's good looks that sparked Carrie's initial attraction. She said, "He's really cute. I've met him and he seems like a really nice guy. He's got cool hair, he's a nice height and he just has beautiful blue eyes." It might not sound like the deepest of connections just yet, but all the romantic dinners should help.

Deborah Kerr and Robert Taylor in Quo Vadis

British actress Deborah Kerr passed away on, October 16th, at the age of 86, after suffering from Parkinson's for several years. We at "fetch!" want to pay a tribute to this great screen legend because she has been with us on the silver screen, providing that innocent charm when ever we turned to the "movies of old" to be comforted ... each of us here at "fetch!" have a favourite Deborah Kerr movie and we believe that she is; not "was" she "is", truly the only face of "classic" movies, and what a face it is!

"I came over here to act, but it turned out all I had to do was to be high-minded, long suffering, white-gloved and decorative".

"I am really rather like a beautiful Jersey cow, I have the same pathetic droop to the corners of my eyes."

"For Karen Holmes (in From Here to Eternity), I studied voice for three months to get rid of my English accent. I changed my hair to blonde. I knew I could be sexy if I had to."

Desperate Housewives Rundown Episode 4: "If There's Anything I Can't Stand"

I have to admit, this week's episode of Desperate Housewives made me pretty uncomfortable at times. Between the dying woman frantic to rid her conscience of wrongdoings and Tom demanding Lynette feel sorry for him because he's the one who has to "be the hero" in her fight with cancer, it was a squirmy hour of TV. Watching Orson joyfully zooming down the street on the scooter made me laugh out loud, though.

**spoilers**

Susan — Susan is the one through whom we're introduced to the new neighbors, gay couple Bob and Lee, and while it's not fun to see Lee treat Susan so rudely, I must say it's a teensy bit refreshing to have someone call her out on her ridiculousness. All of Susan's efforts to win him over simply backfire, ending with the couple's dog Rafael ruining Bob's suit, and Mike having to pay for a new one.

Bree — It's getting harder and harder to keep up the "I'm pregnant" charade with Bree, what with well-intentioned baby showers and Rex's nosy, grumpy mother Phyllis who discovers Bree's fake bellies in the closet. When she hears Bree's whole plan to save Danielle's reputation by pretending the baby is Bree's, Phyllis breaks Danielle out of the convent. Again, the scooter thing just made me giddy. Who knew Kyle MacLachlan would be so funny on this show?

Gaby — The Gaby-Victor-Carlos-Edie storyline revolves entirely around crabs. Gross. Edie gave them to Carlos who gave them to Gaby who passed them to Victor. In the interest of keeping their affair secret so they won't be swimming with the fishes, Gaby plays sexy nurse and cures Victor's crabs. She later tells Carlos that the whole murder possibility makes their affair that much more exciting.

Lynette — As always: Poor Lynette. I seriously feel for this woman. She gets her mojo back, only to be rejected by Tom on account of her bald head. When she gets a sexy wig and pretends to be "Brandy," he's totally into it and wants to role play all the time, which Lynette is not so into. That's when they have that discussion about how Lynette doesn't sympathize enough with Tom's spouse-of-cancer-patient experience, and that she really should be more attentive to his needs. I kind of see his point, but Tom always sounds whiny with Lynette, and it's a hard sell when the person you're asking for sympathy from is battling a life-threatening disease.

Edie — Less Edie time this week, which is a relief. I definitely could have done without the scene in which only the people with crabs take the crab cake appetizers. Yuck.

Katherine — According to the voiceover in the beginning of the episode, Katherine's aunt goes to their house to die. Yet she's suddenly seized with the need to cleanse her soul of guilt before passing on, so she begs Katherine to let her tell Dylan what happened to Dylan "in that room." She never gets the chance to make her confession, however, so as she's gasping her final breaths she writes a note, which falls to the floor unnoticed. This is an unpleasant storyline.

Ugly Betty Rundown: Episode 4, "Grin and Bear It"

Let's get right to it: last night's Ugly Betty was a blast! That was mostly thanks to Rebecca Romijn who killed it as Alexis figuring out how to put on make up/dress/act/go to the correct bathroom as a woman. I guess then maybe she was in character when she was walking into Letterman yesterday? Ha. On the other hand, Betty herself was disappointing. It was just hard to believe that she would ever, ever do something like that.

Back to Alexis for a second. I love that she thought that she had to use up all the make-up in the containers to get herself ready for the day...and that she didn't wear a bra. Great Amanda line: "Friends don't let friends wear glitter before noon." Such the thing a guy would do in that situation. She and Daniel are so cute as brother/sister these days.
Laugh out loud moment when Alexis has this recommendation for Mode cover girl: "She's big! She's sexy! She's outrageous! Anna Nicole Smith!" Insert awkward silence here.
I've been looking forward to James van der Beek's guest starring stint since I heard about it over the summer. I just wish there was going to be more of him. Bring back Dawson!

As expected, Justin is trying to be all tough just like his dad, failing his classes, drinking beer and making out with girls. Ha. Like he wants to do that. I must admit that Henry was a little endearing as the math tutor trying to work in Justin's love for fashion.

John Cho was a great guest star too, bringing in some of the best lines of the episode ("chillin under Rihanna's umbrella-ella"). If we can't have Dawson, can we at least have more of him in upcoming episodes?

Have I mentioned how much I love Marc and Amanda? "What year were you born?" "1991." "You're 16?" "1992." "Other way."

Sigh, so about Betty lying and saying the bear attack story was hers. So out of character, even if Betty would start to do that, she would so stop herself halfway through. Her guilt was funny enough, but the whole plot line just didn't sit well.

The quest for the Tweety Bird tattoo begins? Will it be Warren Beatty? Ted Kennedy? Who could it be? Ha! Also must heart Amanda finding Ugly Willi. You just know that will become public later sometime.

Willi launching her own Mode competitor is a perfect plotline. Also, all the other Meade Publications editors were fabulous. Yay, can't wait to see what happens with that one.

So Henry is the baby daddy. Can that plot be done now? I know it's just when I started to like him a little bit, but in general he just bugs me. Wishful thinking, I know.

So what did you think? Were you loving this episode as much as I was? Is Freddy Rodriguez coming back? Were you as surprised/disappointed as I was with Betty? Loving Alexis? I wanna hear all about it.

"McSicky" !?

Pacey has a job!First Dawson turned up on Ugly Betty, and now this: Joshua "Pacey Witter" Jackson will guest-star on Grey's Anatomy! Joey would be so proud.
Hooray!

What are the details?Jackson will appear in several episodes, playing a doctor at Seattle Grace. His appearance in the 11th episode of the season will mark his first time on TV since, well, you know.

He'll have some company.

Jackson is just one of the new faces hanging out at Seattle Grace this year. Seth Green is already angling for the nickname "McSicky" for his two-episode stint as a patient later this season, and Lauren Stamille is playing a mysterious woman who may or may not have something to do with McDreamy.

Heroes Rundown Chapter 5: "Fight or Flight"

This week's episode had a couple key things that revived my love of Heroes: Kristen Bell and Nightmare Man. We didn't get to see too much of Elle and her electrifying power, but just the taste was enough for me. Too bad we won't be seeing Elle again for a few episodes, as Bell explained recently.
However, this episode also featured some massive lapses in judgment that I found distracting. More on that later.
I certainly did not miss some of the more tiresome storylines, like the West-Claire stuff, or the Maya-Alejandro drama. Could have done without Niki's issues in this episode, and I'd like to find out where the Monica thing is going, too.
**spoilers**
I actually like Peter with Caitlin, I think they're pretty cute. And hooray for some romance on this show that doesn't involve Claire and West!
It’s so good to see Kristen Bell on TV again!
Both Elle and Nathan utter the line, "I can take care of myself."

Lapse of Judgment No. 1: Nathan tells Matt to read his father's mind — with his father right there. If we've learned anything about Matt's power it's that as soon as people know that he can read minds they control their thoughts. That seemed foolish on Nathan's part.
Lapse of Judgment No. 2: Matt takes the handcuffs off his dad! And then follows him around the apartment like an idiot! He later says "I knew this was a con, I knew I couldn’t trust him." Then why did you take off the handcuffs, Matt?!
On the topic of Nightmare Man/Mr. Parkman, his power is insanely cool/scary, making people experience their worst nightmares (or making them think they're experiencing them).
Lapse of Judgment No. 3: Mohinder takes Molly to the Company! Come on, Mohinder!
Does Bob remind anyone else of the dramatic version of Kevin from The Office?
That Parkman/Nathan wrestling match is awesome/brutal/terrifying. See, we need more stuff like that and less of Ando reading scrolls about Hiro's story which currently seems useless.
Who’s Elle’s daddy? My money's on HRG.
