Matthew Perry Is Zac Efron......Seriously!

Matthew Perry will play a grown-up version of Zac Efron in the upcoming teen comedy 17, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

17 will be directed by Burr Steers and produced by Hairspray’s Adam Shankman and Jennifer Gibgot. Leslie Mann will play Perry’s wife, reportedly named Scarlett.

The film follows a middle-age father who wakes up to find he’s 17 again. In order to be close to his children, he enrolls in the same school as them.

Production begins early December 2007. That’s next month!

What, you don’t see the physical resemblance between Zac and Matthew?

British Style Awards

UK fashionistas were out in full force last night to celebrate the British Style Awards in London. Thandie Newton, who loves a good fashion part, was there, along with an unusually sophisticated looking Kelly Osbourne and Lily Allen, in a dress by her date Giles Deacon. It was a big night for pregnant Stella McCartney, who won Designer of the Year, while Agyness Deyn was crowned Model of the Year. Savannah Miller represented Twenty8Twelve, while Sienna vacations with Rhys in Mexico City. Dita von Teese was there to show not only the British have style (though I'm not loving her dress). fetch! wants to know — are you loving or hating these ladies' looks?

Becks scores shirtless!

We've seen lots of David Beckham recently, but shirtless Becks is still a special Manjoyment treat. Even though the Galaxy lost to Sydney FC last night, you wouldn't know it from the grin on David's face. Unfortunately, Becks played in pain, clutching his ankle near the beginning of the game but insisting on staying in, even scoring a goal. He said, "I was really happy to score tonight because of the amount of fans and the attention that there has been on myself and this game tonight, so I was really pleased." Becks has had a few ups and downs lately, so we're happy to hear that last night he had a chance to shine.

Golden Compass Points To UK

The stars of The Golden Compass took their fantasy world to the red carpet in London Tuesday night. Nicole Kidman looked flawless (and allegedly botox - free) on Keith's arm, while Hugh Grant was perfectly nonchalant with his undone buttons. Daniel Craig looked stone faced, as did his ex Bond girl Eva Green, but he sounded excited about his new movie. He said, "It's a bit of escapism... and the special effects have come such a long way that it's now possible to go to places that you wouldn't have been able to even five years ago." We could all use a bit of escape during the hectic holiday season and this fantasy adventure could be just the ticket.

Spotted S and Lonley Boy Steaming Things Up

Gossip Girl cutie Chace Crawford hushes the cast and crew with costar Penn Badgley standing nearby on the NYC set of their hit TV show on Tuesday morning.

Blake Lively, Leighton Meester and Ed Westwick were also on location to film their own scenes. Blake and Penn shared a passionate kiss during one of their romantic scenes. SMOOCHES!

If you didn’t stuff yourself on Thanksgiving, there’ll be more than enough helpings of food and drama in the next all-new episode (”Blair Waldorf Must Pie!”) of Gossip Girl, airing TOMORROW, Nov. 28 @ 9PM ET/PT on The CW. And you can be sure the show’ll be dishing up seconds.

Red Head Rose

Red-headed Rose McGowan shows off her lighter looks while running errands in Beverly Hills on Monday.

Earlier this month, Rose, 34, was reportedly filming a new movie, Man on the Run, in Ireland. She is said to play the main star’s love interest.

Canadian director Kari Skogland is at the helm with Sir Ben Kingsley and Transamerica star Kevin Zegers also on board.

Man on the Run, out 2008, is based on a true story by Martin McGartland called “Fifty Dead Men Walking.” The story is about an agent who saves an estimated 50 lives through his activities (hence the title of the book).

Its been a while since we saw Rose the red head.If im not mistaken it was during seasons 5&6 of charmed in 2003.Glad the hair is back!

Heigl and her men!

Katherine Heigl turned 29 on Saturday and celebrated at Nobu in Malibu alongside her mom and two favorite men, fiance Josh Kelley and newly short-haired T.R. Knight. After dinner she was treated to a mini birthday cake outside, courtesy of the waiting paparazzi. Katherine has lots to smile about these days with her movie career, hit show and wedding less than a month away. She was even named one of EW's Most Popular Stars of 2007.

cutey Chace

The well-dressed kids of Gossip Girl were spotted filming yesterday in Manhattan. GG and all its PYTs are quickly becoming some of my new favorites of 2007, so hopefully they can keep the momentum going into 2008 (and not lose it after one season like some shows... cough TheOC cough). It looks like even though things are over (for now) between Blair and Nate, they just can't keep away from each other. Since they must have at least one character on the phone at all times, Penn is chatting away. Leighton looks great as usual, but I must say that Chace Crawford is the prettiest one on set. Sigh, it's just too bad Nate is so dimwitted sometimes. After having last week off, I can't wait to get back in the thick of it tomorrow night. Ah, teen dramas, can't get enough of 'em.

Heroes Rundown Chapter 10: "Truth and Consequences"

While I liked this week's episode of Heroes enough, there were so many characters involved I found it hard to care about any of them. I am relieved, however, that we're starting to get to the collective goal of making sure the mutated virus doesn't spread to the majority of the world's population. The heroes very much needed a unifying game plan so they could stop flitting about with useless people (cough-cough-West-cough) and get to the good stuff.
Also, is it terrible that I was totally relieved when the promos for next week said two of the heroes will die? No, don't answer that. I don't want to know.

Bob says to Elle that she has to take responsibility for what's happened and do her part by keeping watch over Claire. Taking responsibility, eh Bob? That would be the pot talking to the kettle, I think. Isn't this whole virus crisis largely Bob's fault?
There are some sweet Hiro/Ando moments this week, like when Hiro tells Ando, “You are like a hamster making a nest.”
Oh, now I get why Maya is acting like a complete and total idiot — she thinks Sylar understands what it's like to make a mistake and murder innocent people. Mmm... still foolish.

Speaking of Maya, I don't care for her character all that much but I think she's really, really pretty.
Also, why do people always chat for a while before shooting someone in the head? It leaves so much time for other people to come by and ruin things.
Wow! Micah can land a punch! That part was awesome.
I kind of love the whole Micah-and-Monica crime fighting team. It's much more basic superheroes in the everyday world stuff. Though I didn't like it so much when the thugs hit Monica and threw her in a van. That part is genuinely disturbing.
However, Micah is the cutest thing ever, what with his "I told the lights I needed them to be off for a while," and "You're St. Joan!"
This episode has tons of pretty much everyone (except Parkman, Nathan and Angela Petrelli) and yet not enough Mr. Muggles. He is, however, present at the scattering of the ashes.
I love how Elle has become like the Sawyer (from Lost) of this show with all her nicknames. This week's best Elle line: "Watch who your shoving, Pom-Pom."
And finally some of the old heroes are coming together again! That is a great way to end the episode, with Hiro rushing toward Peter with his sword, Peter's electric hand extended.
What did you think of this week's Heroes?

Eva's Parade

Eva Longoria embraced her youthful side posing with a puppy and on a swing for this week's issue of Parade. Between prepping for Thanksgiving and opening her new restaurant, she found time to sit down with the magazine to discuss her family, letting loose and life with Tony. Here's more:

  • On her sister being her Hero "It’s just in my nature to be cheerful. I don’t try to be that way, but I’ve learned there’s no better medicine than laughing.... Liza is mentally challenged. She was my hero growing up. It was a blessing to watch her overcome every obstacle—tying her shoes, putting on a shirt, getting out the front door. And yet she still had a job and would come home on the bus by herself and help with dinner. You could only imagine the hurdles she encountered every minute of the day. Liza was a role model to get me ready for life in Hollywood. You don’t take health for granted. You don’t take life for granted. It seems so insignificant to go, ‘Darn it, I didn’t get that movie role,’ or, ‘Darn it, so-and-so is wearing the same dress as me to the Emmys.’ I didn’t know there was another way. I thought everyone should be sensitive and somewhat unselfish."
  • On letting loose and having fun: "I love to sing and dance because I don't know how to sing and dance, but I like to pretend that I know how. I don't go to a lot of parties, which is funny. But no, actually, I just like to pretend I can dance like Jennifer Lopez."
  • On her life with Tony: “I feel like the rest of my life is just beginning... even before we became man and wife, Tony and I always had that trust between us that a married couple would have. Every time I think of my wedding, I just smile. I just think what a beautiful man he is. It’s funny, because it’s so cliché for women to say, ‘My wedding was the happiest day of my life.’ But I find myself saying that and thinking, ‘Yes, my wedding was the happiest day of my life so far.’"

While it's a bit hard to imagine Eva dancing around like J Lo, it's pretty cool how down-to-earth she seems given the success of her professional and personal life. Maybe someday soon she'll be acting like Jennifer in a different way.

GQ - 007!

James Bond actor Daniel Craig looks très sexy on one of the three covers for the December 2007 issue of GQ Magazine (Kanye West and Bill Clinton are on the other two). Here’s an excerpt from the article:
As told by GQ magazine’s style editor Adam Rapoport: “Standing in a small foyer at the top of a long, narrow staircase, I nervously checked the clock on my Treo, once, twice, three times, wondering just how late Craig would be. Not late at all, it turned out. The door from the sidewalk opened, and Craig made his way up the stairs, sunglasses in hand, wearing a pair of beat-up Levi’s, a distressed James Perse T-shirt, and the kind of no-nonsense stare that said, “Let’s do this thing and get it over with.” Or more specifically, I believe the Briticism he employed was “Let’s crack at it.”
And so we sat down, got the tape recorder out, and started cracking. Was he difficult? Maybe a bit. Challenging? Absolutely. Particular? No doubt.”

Hayden P Gives Us A Show - Do u like?

Heroes babe Hayden Panettiere strips to bathing suits and nightwear for her latest GQ photo shoot. Here are some snippets from her interview:

Look, you’re the biggest star on NBC. You need to ask for a million an episode. I would feel bad about myself if I got a million an episode.

It worked for the Friends, you know. Dude, they got Porsches. We got a poker set last year!

And you’re not dating your Heroes costar Milo Ventimiglia, which is the gossip that’s flying around about you? No, I’m not. I love my castmates, and I adore Milo. He’s awesome, but we’re easy targets. We’re both young, and he’s one of the only people on the show not married with children.

What would be a good rumor to start about you? If someone were to put you together with a leading man, who would it be? God, it could be anyone from Leo DiCaprio to Justin Timberlake—or any girl. You want to make me a lesbian? That’s totally fine with me.

Okay. Well, who would be good? Um, let’s see. We could do a love affair with Angelina Jolie. We could do… Oh gosh, I love—there are so many beautiful girls. Charlize Theron. Oh, my God. Kate Beckinsale is gorgeous. Jessica Alba.

metallic, black & sparkle

Rihanna (in Armani Prive) and belly-button-less, freak Matt Dallas, I feel, were the best dressed at the AMAS. The night saw a lot of metallic and black with splash of color done to the minimum.

Hil' has moved onnn!

Hilary Duff was spotted walking around LA on Thursday with...Aaron Carter? I guess that Hil has buried the hatchet with her ex, which seems like a good thing since as far as I can tell he was never worth all the drama. Well, the starlets made up a while back so I guess he wanted to get in on the truce action. Thankfully Hilary has moved on with her life in so many ways (and has a hot new guy) since she was Lizzie Maguire fighting with Lohan over this guy.

LA Enchanted

Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams walked the red carpet hand in hand at the premiere of their movie Enchanted in LA Saturday night. Helen Mirren went a little overboard with the metallic getup and pink shoes. Carrie Underwood looked adorable and was there to support the movie, which features one of her new songs. Taye Diggs and America Ferrera were there looking simple and stylish. In the movie, Amy Adams plays a typical Disney princess who gets a rude awakening when she finds herself in modern day NYC. The real world may be a little harsh for a cartoon princess, but something tells me that Patrick Dempsey is about as close as it gets to a real-life Prince Charming.

AMA'S 07

The ladies mixed it up on the red carpet at the American Music Awards last night, but most opted to show off their stems. Never one to blend in with the crowd, Beyonce decided to go with the mermaid look that was a favorite back at the Emmys. What did you think about all the red carpet looks and beauty? Rihanna usually kills it on the red carpet, but we all agree that she missed the mark this time around. Luckily she looked much better during her acceptance speech and performance — more on that later. Overall, most of the ladies managed to look both glamorous and flirty but who do you think was the best dressed?

AMA winner Fergie opened the show last night with a melody of her latest and greatest hits. It was a strong start for a show that definitely included some memorable performances including glow in the dark dancer, Chris Brown and Rihanna who looked way better on stage than on the red carpet. Beyonce dressed down when she joined Sugarland for a duet of her hit Irreplaceable. Sexy Lenny wore his usual all black as he sang a soon to be hit song from his new album. My favorite performance of the night was Alicia Keys. Not only was her voice killer but the songs she mixed together definitely got the crowd on their feet. She is a wonderful performer and even if I'm not used to seeing her do choreographed dance moves, she pulled it off. We have a feeling her album is going to knock Jay-Z off the top spot this week.

Fergalicious G-L-A-M.....U Know How The Rest Goes

Fergie got all g-l-a-m-you know where that one's going for the December issue of Allure
She seems a little more low key considering rather than throw a big blowout 35th birthday party for Josh this week the two had a quiet sushi dinner at Hana in LA. She even asked the waiters if they would help celebrate by bringing him out some cake and singing happy birthday to him Talk about pressure, singing in front of Fergie? And that is not an easy song to hit all the notes. Fergie may not have serenaded her man in public, but I'm guessing he can get a private show anytime he wants.
