Roberto Cavalli - Fall 2008

Cavalli’s collection was in many ways expected and that’s why we love him, keeping with his key signatures i.e. animal prints and luxirous skins Cavalli also added a few pieces to renew his aesthetic. He showed great skill in crafting leather and suede. A suede duffel lined in astrakhan and a closing coat of lustrous monkey fur evoked the willful, rockin’ excess of alt-Cavalli. The collection was rich, substantial and classic Cavalli.
