D&G Fall 2007 - RTW

D&G dove into the world of animal prints and in a way catalogued and summed up all the looks of the season. There was the “manly look” seen in the slouchy tuxedos and straight edged pants, the “baby doll” look with soft fabrics and floaty dresses which showed the epitome of femininity, a complete contrast to the “manly look”, the metallic look was also done but in a subtle way, with gold trimmings and interesting coats were also seen in daring reds and fur – the collection in general had a covered up feel, making mothers happy but the choice of fabrics and the sexy D&G touch especially seen in the several animal printed gowns at the end make sure that mother everywhere will still be on edge.
