Emma Watson rocked a classy navy blue Chanel dress (modified couture Fall 2006) and Katie Leung, aka Cho Chang, rocked a couple of runway fashions at the premiere and after-party of Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix in London, UK on Tuesday. The premiere took place at Odeon Leicester Square, the after-party took place at the Old Billingsgate Market.
