Hil' has moved onnn!

Hilary Duff was spotted walking around LA on Thursday with...Aaron Carter? I guess that Hil has buried the hatchet with her ex, which seems like a good thing since as far as I can tell he was never worth all the drama. Well, the starlets made up a while back so I guess he wanted to get in on the truce action. Thankfully Hilary has moved on with her life in so many ways (and has a hot new guy) since she was Lizzie Maguire fighting with Lohan over this guy.
